Most of our employees generally fall into one of two categories.

Pest Control Technicians

Our technicians are licensed by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture and are bonded, licensed and insured. Our technicians typically work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Licensed technicians are paid hourly, and time-and-a-half for all overtime hours worked. We provide weekly training on pest identification, safety and customer satisfaction.

Sales Consultants

Each summer, we run a summer sales program employing salesmen and saleswomen who are outgoing, honest, and hardworking. The summer program typically runs from May 1st to September 1st, Monday through Saturday. Compensation depends on experience, is commission-based, and in almost all cases exceeds pay scales for similar summer sales programs.
